Sales Administrator Location: Tewkesbury, UK Job Type: Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week over 4-5 days, specific hours and days to be discussed at interview) Salary: Competitive My client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team on a part-time basis. This role is crucial for managing sales orders and customer interactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Day-to-day of the role: Process sales orders using the company ERP system. Input sales orders as coded by others and check the accuracy of sales orders against sales quotations. Ensure deliveries have been confirmed by warehousing and send draft copies of order acknowledgements for checking. Release sales orders to warehousing and send order acknowledgements to customers. Liaise with internal sales regarding any changes to sales orders. Process Goods Returns using the company’s bespoke system, create necessary paperwork, and liaise with the service department and warehouse. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a similar Sales Administrator role is beneficial. Pleasant and outgoing personality, able to effectively communicate with all internal team members. Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn the ERP system. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
