NRG is thrilled to be partnering with a well-established and rapidly expanding MSP in their search for a skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to deliver outstanding technical support to a growing customer base. Responsibilities:
* Deliver advanced technical support to clients, addressing and resolving a wide range of issues up to second-line level, encompassing Microsoft technologies and VoIP systems.
* Offer on-site support to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively, ensuring clear communication with both internal teams and external partners.
* Take an active role in project delivery, including the installation and configuration of servers and networks to meet client requirements.
* Continuously provide insights and feedback to support the improvement of technical processes and service delivery.
* Log and analyse escalated issues, ensuring comprehensive resolutions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proficient in Office 365 administration, including user management and configuration.
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Extensive experience with Windows Server administration (2016-2022).
* Strong knowledge of Azure platform management.
* Expertise in Active Directory for user and group management.
* Solid understanding of VoIP systems, SIP trunks, and digital telephony solutions.
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced technical environment in a similar role.
