Oracle HCM Platform Manager/ Full Time, Permanent / Remote or Hybrid/Salary

As our in-house Oracle HCM team continues to grow, we are seeking a talented individual with experience of Oracle implementations and continuous improvement. This is a high-profile role managing a team of experienced developers and requiring a balance of technical knowledge, business development and continuous delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. As an Oracle HCM platform Manager, lead the delivery of high-quality Oracle deployment projects across the range of Oracle HCM modules
2. Supporting the implementation of new Oracle HCM modules including Learn and Talent Management System through project and into BAU
3. Manage a high volume of internal BAU tickets and continuously assess and prioritise these in conjunction with the HR Systems Product Manager and business stakeholders
4. Support the business in delivering a suite of system improvements through our Oracle Optimisation project
5. Provide specialist Oracle technical advice and work closely with the team to build and optimise system processes and maximise the benefits of the Oracle HCM platform to the business.
6. Advise the business on transformational aspects of Oracle HCM in relation to the HR operating model, employee and manager self-service, service delivery, environment management, reporting and relevant HR process execution,. Recruitment, Onboarding, Absence Management, Payroll, Offboarding etc
7. Lead the growth of the Oracle HCM platform through sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership and supporting the career aspirations of team members
8. Take the lead on quarterly system upgrades. Ensure rigorous testing is performed and advise the business on new or improved system functionality
9. Advise on technical integration of the Oracle application with other clients and 3rd party applications such as payroll, benefits and finance systems
10. Take the lead on data migration and data integrity, working closely with internal SME’s
11. Liaise with stakeholders and peers across the business, cross collaborating with other teams to share best practise and ensure opportunities are shared and explored to maximise our offering to clients.
12. Have a thorough knowledge of the Oracle HCM platform and roadmap, keep up to date with platform developments and be an active member of the wider Oracle community
13. Appropriate governance of access to HR technology and data in line with GDPR and internal IT Security Standards
14. Be a role model to the wider team by showcasing our values and principles, leading from the front and by example.
15. Assisting with goal development and coaching of staff to enable the growth of the team and skillsets within our Oracle HCM offering.
Key Requirements:
16. Advanced functional understanding of the Oracle HCM platform including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Recruitment, Talent Management and Learn modules
17. Proven experience successfully delivering and supporting Oracle HCM implementations, ongoing configuration and support
18. Experience in HR leading transformation projects, leading workstreams and managing teams
19. Demonstrable knowledge of HR processes
20. Excellent stakeholder management skills
21. Experience with another leading HCM cloud product y, Service Now, SuccessFactors (desirable)
22. Comfortable with agile and waterfall methods of working.
23. Excellent documentation, reporting and presentation skills
24. Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large amounts of information
25. Experience in a functional and/or technical role in a business or systems delivery environment preferably in the HR sector
26. Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices
27. Ability to effectively transfer knowledge and flex the approach according to the situation
28. Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and experience
29. Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with varying team members
30. Experience working with a ticket management system such as Service Now

33. Oracle HCM Certifications (desirable)
34. ServiceNow / Workday Certification (desirable)
