The Corporate Principal Associate will be:
* Leading on a variety of M&A, PE, and venture capital transactions
* Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
* Collaborating with the national corporate team on large-scale deals
* Actively involved in marketing and business development initiatives
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships across the region
* Supporting the Partners in Leeds
Profile
The Corporate Principal Associate should be / have;
* A solicitor with 6+ years PQE in corporate law
* Experienced in handling complex M&A, private equity, and venture capital deals
* Proficient in leading transactions and managing client relationships
* Capable of supervising junior lawyers and contributing to business development
* A strong communicator, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
* Ties to Leeds
