Our Role As a Deputy Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of coaching and performance within your team. You will also deputise for the Team Leader when the business requires. Please note: you will need to be fully flexible between the hours of 8am-10pm and this contract will involve weekend work. What you'll be doing Primary responsibilities: Responding to customer contact and delivering against performance objectives Supporting, coaching and QA activity within the team Provision of subject matter expertise and support for the team Supporting with communication of important business updates and Contact Centre process updates, to ensure process adherence of team Deputises for the Team Leader when they are on annual leave or otherwise engaged away from the contact centre Participates in the floor support rota Completes regular in touch sessions with all teams (i.e. Resource Planning, Continuous Improvement, QA, Training etc Demonstrably promotes the contact centre service vision. Secondary responsibilities: Deputising for the TL during leave and Peak DTLs will have scheduled time answering customer contacts.
