As the HR Business Partner for the Northern region, you will be integral to our HR operations. You will provide hands-on support and coaching for managers on investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and change management. Role: HR Business Partner
Location: Field-based, supporting service centres in Belfast, Hull, Lincolnshire, North Yorkshire, Blackburn and Darwen, and Edinburgh.
Job Description:
Working closely with regional and service managers, you will develop people solutions that meet operational needs and reduce risks. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, balancing strategic and operational HR tasks. Your responsibilities will include leading HR projects from inception to successful completion, focusing on improving retention strategies and performance management.
To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience managing a varied caseload in a multi-site business, including TUPE. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, a pragmatic approach, and in-depth knowledge of employment law are essential. An appropriate HR qualification and preferably CIPD membership are also required.
Experience "on the road" in a multi-site role would certainly be an advantage, as would experience of developing and implementing strategic people-related projects.
