Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines.
* Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate across teams to streamline daily functions and address challenges as they arise.
* Serve as a key point of communication between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation, timelines, and progress reports for ongoing projects.
* Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and responsibilities critical to the company’s growth.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Graduate/Masters/PhD student
* Thrives in unstructured settings and is comfortable building processes from the ground up.
* Possesses exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and levels.
* Has experience working alongside senior leadership or in a support role to executives.
