About the Team: Our HR contracts and data team manages corporate HR contracts and people management metrics. Recently, we’ve overseen a major procurement for a temporary worker contract, produced the annual workforce report, and delivered pay gap reporting. We create insightful Power BI dashboards, generate Oracle reports, and fulfil various returns to the Office of National Statistics. Our work ensures we have the resources to achieve the council’s 2030 vision and One Lambeth Programme. As a Workforce Intelligence and Contracts Officer, you will manage relevant contracts to ensure they meet organisational needs. You will provide business managers with insightful people management information, translating and incorporate these insights into strategic business planning. You will also function as a subject matter expert on our Oracle HCM reporting functionality and lead on people data quality and data management improvement. Key Tasks of the Role: Contract Management: Oversee supplier contracts, ensuring they meet performance standards. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and analysis using Excel or Power BI to support council decisions. System Management: Work with council systems like Oracle Cloud, Excel, and Power BI, and take part in quarterly Oracle testing cycles. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contracts and data meet organizational needs.
