Carry out monthly bookkeeping. Supervising and providing guidance to administrative staff, ensuring their productivity and adherence to office policies and procedures. Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary to ensure adequate stock levels. Managing office space and layout, optimizing utilization of available resources, and ensuring a comfortable and functional work environment. Handling clients' employee records and documentation, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of personnel files. Resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and issues in a professional manner. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
