Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Facilities Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
2. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively.
3. Operate and maintain logic controllers for various facility systems.
4. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
5. Supervise and lead small teams during maintenance projects or repairs.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to facility-related inquiries.
7. Weld components as necessary for repairs or modifications.
8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs conducted.
Qualifications
1. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in electrical systems.
2. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documentation.
3. Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.
4. Ability to weld and perform basic fabrication tasks.
5. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
6. Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
7. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members when required.
8. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintenance tasks.
