Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Smas Worksafe in Plymouth. The Account Manager will be responsible for:
1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients
2. Overseeing their SSIP accreditation process
3. Providing guidance on Health & Safety best practices
4. Ensuring compliance with regulations
Qualifications
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Strong end-to-end sales skills
* Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices
* Experience in account management or client services
* Organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
* Relevant certification or degree in Health & Safety, Business, or related field is a plus
