Overview: They are looking for their next apprentice to join their busy Glasgow City Centre office to provide support to their existing team. The role will include the daily use of Outlook to email clients and internal colleagues. You will also provide any general office support. Duties: Providing 1st line support to clients and third parties and providing pro-active communication relating to claims. Updating client claims details via bespoke visual files system. Completing data entry tasks ensuring departmental systems are kept up to date via use Microsoft Excel. Working with business steak holders reporting data insights to various departments within business Liaise with counsel and other legal representatives to keep caseloads up to date via visual files system. Delivering / transferring online files between teams and departments. Assisting in the preparation of companywide communications and presentations. Booking client and internal meetings via Outlook. Use of Microsoft Teams to communicate with colleagues. Desirable skills: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a general willingness to learn. Strong written and verbal skills. Good literacy and numeracy skills. Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Customer focussed and understanding the importance of excellent client care. Salary: £17,000 per annum. Working week: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
