- Qualifications: CIPD qualified (Level 3 or above) or relevant experience.
- Experience: Proven HR generalist experience across the full HR remit, including payroll administration and management (or working with an outsourced payroll service).
- Expertise: Strong knowledge in performance management, reward & remuneration, payroll, employee relations, engagement, EDI, wellbeing, HR policy, talent management, and L&D.
- Passion: You will be a collaborative team player with strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, committed to supporting a positive employee experience across all levels of the organisation.

Salary: £30,600 to £34,000 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
