The vacancy We are looking for a talented and proactive Functional Consultant to play a key role in Bromford's adoption of Total Connect at scale. In this role, you'll be responsible for: Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve shared business goals by leveraging the full potential of Total Connect and its future roadmap. Assisting in the setup of new ways of working and a new operating model, ensuring functional consulting becomes a sector-leading practice at Bromford. Contributing to the Total Connect roadmap, adopting the latest features and functionality to continuously improve the solution. Supporting the December 2025 go-live of Total Connect as we transition from the legacy Total Repairs system. Driving the integration of Total Connect with Microsoft D365 CE and F&O, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Asset Management and Work Order/Contract Management functionalities that underpin Bromford's critical asset management and operational processes. Implementing the roadmap in partnership with stakeholders and product owners, leading both continuous improvement and project-based initiatives. Evangelizing the benefits of Total Connect internally and externally, and acting as an in-house expert on its capabilities and potential. Supporting the solution and resolving issues as part of a cross-functional support and improvement team. Mentoring less experienced team members, including associates at the start of their career journeys. Contributing to a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Maintaining professional standards, including completing mandatory certifications and personal development plans. Experience and Qualifications Extensive experience with Total Connect, with a deep understanding of its technical and functional capabilities. Proven experience in functional consulting, including multiple full-lifecycle implementations. Experience working at scale (e.g., supporting 3,500 colleagues, 80,000 properties, 200,000 customers). Ability to influence leaders and stakeholders effectively. Experience in continuous change environments. Housing sector experience is desirable but not essential if the right functional expertise is demonstrated.
