Working as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for Flourish Education you will be expected but not limited to deliver exciting lessons to match the school’s teaching and learning strategies, work alongside support staff to ensure that the needs of all pupils are met, provide feedback to pupils in line with the school’s policy, communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents and set clear expectations for behaviour and learning in the classroom. We can offer you a variety of work, in various schools, teaching across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), giving you valuable and a wide range of teaching experience. We can even help find you a school to support your ECT.
