Job Description
1. Supervise and guide the production department
2. Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
3. Oversee production processes and adjust schedules as needed
4. Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes
5. Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
6. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines
7. Manage budget and production resources efficiently
8. Report to senior management on production activities and issues
The Successful Applicant
1. A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field would be beneficial
2. Proven experience in a leadership role within an industrial / manufacturing environment
3. Strong understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
4. Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
5. Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills
