This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled professional to join the Trust central team, working closely with the Director of Secondary Education, Director of Primary Education, and contributing to the wider Trust administrative functions where necessary.
Ideally, you will have significant experience of providing PA or executive assistance support at a senior level in either an educational or charitable trust environment. More importantly, you will have the key knowledge and awareness, attention to detail, flexibility, and determination to make a real difference to our Trust.
Your application will need to demonstrate that you are/have:
1. Substantial and successful experience of providing high-quality professional and confidential administration support in an educational or commercial environment.
2. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
3. Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
4. Ability to deliver timely, accurate and up-to-date documents to the required quality.
5. Ability to clerk a range of meetings, producing accurate and detailed minutes.
6. An enthusiastic member of staff committed to ensuring the best possible outcomes for all pupils, staff, and stakeholders.
7. The ability to communicate efficiently with a range of stakeholders.
You will also need to be:
1. Supportive of the Trust’s ethos and values at all times both within the Trust and the wider community.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint) and other appropriate software packages.
3. Able to demonstrate an ability to be resilient and determined whilst also providing support to Trust leaders and other staff within the Trust.
This position would be suitable for an experienced school PA or a professional from the private sector with similar relevant experience, looking for progression and a career in a growing Trust, with full training provided.
