About the opportunity:
The Directors have pinpointed an opportunity for a new Trainee to Assistant level Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Currently, my client has a niche project pipeline covering refurbishment and new build houses in and around Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross and Wentworth. You will be expected to have formal qualification in Quantity Surveying, or some experience in a similar role for a developer/contractor or sub-contractor.
My client run a lean team with everyone working hard across their specific discipline to achieve tight deadlines and profit margins. This is a superb opportunity for someone who wishes to take on large amounts of responsibility with the chance to quickly progress in company with no ‘glass ceiling’. You will be working for some of the most supportive and personable Directors I have come across who really takes pride in seeing their staff achieve.
About the benefits and rewards:
Salary will be in the region of £30,000 - £40,000. They also offer a personalised bonus scheme reflective of both the business success and the individual’s progress
