Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with HR documentation and record-keeping.
* Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
* Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
* Maintain and update employee records and databases.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
