Act as a financial partner to the Site MD and operational teams, translating financial data into meaningful insights that support decision-making. Provide financial guidance to help optimize production efficiency, cost structures, and operational workflows. Drive site gross margin and non-productive spend initiatives, ensuring profitability improvements are realized. Identify opportunities to improve inventory management, cash flow, and working capital. Support ongoing strategic projects, ensuring financial feasibility and effective implementation. Enhance financial awareness across the site by working closely with management to align financial goals with operational performance. Management & Financial Accounting Prepare and review key financial reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance to site management. Perform job costing analysis, investigate variances, and ensure accurate financial reporting at job level. Lead financial forecasting and annual budgeting processes, aligning with MM Group timelines and strategic objectives. Prepare and submit accruals, prepayments, and other general ledger entries with robust supporting documentation. Work with the GL Accountant to maintain the Fixed Asset Register, ensuring accuracy in asset additions, disposals, and depreciation
