The Role
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient scheduling for our photographers. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and an excellent communicator who can provide essential support across all areas of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
* Provide administrative support across all departments
* Upload edited content to our client portal
* Maintain and update Dropbox filing systems
* Identify tasks that need to be forwarded to other staff members
* Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
* Understand and make amendments to floor plans if clients require changes
* Process EPC orders using an online booking system
* Take on supportive tasks as assigned by managers
* Contribute to company meetings
Scheduling & Diary Management
* Call clients and vendors to book photography jobs
* Schedule jobs in the company calendar, ensuring efficient workflow
* Organise and maintain diaries to prevent scheduling conflicts
Communication & Customer Service
* Act as the primary point of contact for employees and external parties
* Answer incoming calls and provide professional assistance
* Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
* Liaise closely with clients, acting as an extension of their business
* Maintain excellent internal communication with the team
Social Media & Marketing Assistance
* Maintain and post content on company social media platforms
* Be part of our ongoing in-house marketing projects
Requirements & Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Professional and friendly telephone manner
* Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Dropbox preferred
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
