Teaching Assistant - Role Details:

Provide 1:1 support to a Year 1 pupil with Autism, ensuring they are engaged and supported throughout the school day.
Implement effective strategies to manage behaviour and encourage positive interaction.
Work closely with the SENCO and class teacher to tailor learning approaches.
Assist the pupil with academic and social development as a Teaching Assistant.

Teaching Assistant - Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant supporting Autism or SEN.
Confidence in managing challenging behaviour.
A patient, proactive, and nurturing personality.
An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via Reeson Education.
