Title: Administrator Type: Temporary (2-3 weeks initially) Hours: Full Time (Monday Friday) Location: Inverness Salary: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour Details: Our client is looking to appoint an Administrator on a short term basis to assist with an excess workload and busy period. This is a varied role and duties include: Duties include: Answering a range of enquiries by telephone and email. Responding to online chats about product details and orders. Placing orders. Liaisewith customers about delivery enquiries. Assist with scheduling deliveries. Updating and maintaining accurate customer records. General office duties. Person Specification: Previous administration/customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. IT literacy and familiarity with computer packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently.
