Some people just work. We do packaging, with passion. And if you’ve got the drive, that’ll take you further than you could ever have imagined.
Being one of the UK’s leading packaging manufacturers doesn’t happen with one person. It happens when innovative, forward-thinking, passionate people come together, with the ambition to make something incredible. We’ve gotten where we are today because we really do invest in our people.
We’re a family business, with big ambition. That means the very heart of us is supportive and collaborative, with a fast-paced, future-thinking approach. It seems to work for our team; that’s why many of them have been with us for over ten years.
So if you’re ready for a career in a thriving, dynamic and friendly environment, our door is open. Come right in.
Most companies ‘values ‘ are defined by a stuffy board that’s never worked a day on the floor. That’s not really our style.
Here’s our Duo DNA: values decided on by our very own team. After all, it’s because of their outstanding effort that we’ve achieved everything we have since we started in 1988. And we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Our Values
From management heads to temporary line staff, there’s not one person here who isn’t passionate about what we do for our customers every day, and what we could achieve together in the future.
Inventive
Who’d have thought you could make plastic more environmentally friendly? We did. That’s because each of us doesn’t see a problem as an issue, but rather, an opportunity to be more innovative – and potentially change the world.
No one here is afraid to share their ideas. After all, he who dares, wins – right? Our staff know that, and go for every opportunity to make our process, products and business even better.
Personable
In a dynamic, bustling environment like ours, it’s important to get on with each other. Being great to work with tends to make for truly great work. And we’re the living, breathing proof of that.
We couldn’t be where or who we are today without our team, so we think it’s important to give them something back. After all, everyone loves a good perk of a job. And if you work with us, there’s a lot of perks to be getting on with.

Do you have the right to take up employment in the UK? Unfortunately, at this moment in time we can only employ people with a valid UK right to work status.
It’d be easy to say we’re passionate about our people. But it’s easier to see why training and developing them works. Put simply, who wouldn’t want a team of engaged, talented people? A team of people who have careers that fulfil them, and help them grow. We don’t invest in training because it’s just a buzz word. We know it makes an enormous difference to how successful we are, and how successful our people feel in return.
