Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Liaising between the team and manager to ensure we continually exceed expectations
2. Motivating the team to keep everyone on task
3. Assisting the manager with managing inventories, monitoring budgets and implementing action plans
4. Managing the tills and processing payments
5. Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
6. Assisting with paperwork when required
7. Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
