New Directions are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to work in Primary Schools in the Caldicot area. Are you enthusiastic and looking to give something back? This role is for a motivated individual who can help children achieve their full potential, creating a positive environment for them to thrive. You may be working with children with challenging behaviour, so you will need to be resilient, consistent, and understanding of their needs.
Minimum Requirements
* A minimum of 3 months child-based experience or a background in the care sector
* A child and adult DBS or be willing to undertake one via New Directions
* A willingness to complete mandatory training when required
* Flexibility and adaptability to work short-term and long-term
