Role: Customer Service Executive
Location: Liverpool, L11 0ED
Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30 – Friday 08:00-13:00
Salary: £26,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join our client’s dynamic and supportive team.
This is a fantastic chance to work with a company that specializes in creating bespoke jewellery, offering a meaningful way to remember loved ones and pets through captured fingerprints, handprints, footprints, paw prints, signatures, or doodles.

Duties of a Customer Service Executive:
1. Responding to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
2. Processing orders accurately
3. Liaising with undertakers to ensure smooth coordination
4. Providing Sales support
