We are currently recruiting for a driven andexperienced Service Manager for our client's main Car dealer site.This position is for a busy and well-established dealer who hasrecently undergone a massive refit and is now working out of abrand-new dealership.
Youwill be looking after a tight-knit team, which makes this roleIdeal for a first-time service manager. Our ideal candidate wouldbe someone who has worked as a Service Advisor previously and islooking to take the next step to be Service Manager. You will haveaccess to a peer mentor and a highly experienced and helpful seniormanagement team.
We arelooking for someone very customer-orientated and someone who isalways looking to improve the department. The role will entaillooking after a busy workshop to grow the business; this is a veryfast-paced and committed department.

This is an excellent rolewhere you will oversee, manage and control the day-to-day runningof the Service Reception, Service Administration office, MOT Bays,Workshop and Valeting Dept of a busy workshop. Service Advisors,Technicians, Drivers.
We are looking for acandidate who has the energy for this role and has a result-focusedattitude with excellent communication skills to deal with staff andthe general public.
The successful candidate willbe able to push the expectations of the department above standards,and improve hours sold while running a professional and reputabledepartment.
