1. Monday to Friday
2. Saturdays (Alternate)

Requirements for the Senior Sales Manager role:
11. Full UK Driver’s license & vehicle
12. Have the legal right to work in the UK
13. Previous managerial experience within the property
14. Proven track record of achievement
15. Display high standards of presentation and service
16. A proactive and positive approach to business generation
17. Results-driven individual, hardworking, and focused
18. Excellent ability to build rapport and exceptional customer service skills
19. Motivated to exceed targets
20. Use your initiative for increasing market growth
21. Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements when buying and selling a property
Key duties of a Senior Sales Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
22. Oversee the management of the branch through
23. Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
24. Maximising income profit and growth revenues
25. Develop long-standing working relationships with clients
26. Manage the performance of employees via reviews, meetings, and regular 121’s
27. Successfully list a targeted number of properties
28. Increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
