What You’ll Be Doing: Development and Customization: Enhancing the Salesforce platform using custom APEX, Lightning components, and modern JavaScript. System Development: Designing, delivering, and testing system enhancements and deployments into production environments. Collaboration: Partnering with stakeholders to understand needs and develop tailored solutions. Security: Applying IT security principles, including security by design, CIA triangle, and SSO. Documentation & Testing: Creating and maintaining system/user documentation and performing unit, system, peer, and user-acceptance testing. What We’re Looking For: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning components. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform development (Apex, SOQL, LWC, XML, JSON, jQuery, and Omnistudio). Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and Source Control Integration. Understanding of Agile principles including Scrum, Sprints, Backlogs, Epics, and User Stories. Experience working with DevOps and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of associated tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub. Experience: Demonstrable experience in: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or CPQ. Testing processes, including unit/system/peer and UAT. Documentation for systems and users. Working in customer-facing roles or technical support/helpdesk environments. Bonus Skills: Experience or willingness to learn technologies such as Salesforce Experience Cloud, Copado, Conga, Adobe Sign (integrated), and associated DevOps tools.
