Aerospace Production Operatives 4 on 4 off - Night Shift 6pm - 6am - Full Time - Temp 2 Perm - Rugby.
Urgent: starting BEFORE December 1st.
£17.43 p/hour (£16.04 p/hour when training on days for 2 months).
Are you an experienced production operative? Are you local to the Rugby area? Can you work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (6 - 6) and train on days for 2 months? If you're nodding as you read the 3 questions, then keep reading.
We are looking for 3 x experienced production operatives who can use precision measuring instruments for a busy aerospace company in Rugby.
This is an active, manual, standing role where you operate special machinery used to produce aerospace products. You could be setting and loading a paint spraying machine, working with CNC, performing visual inspection, or using mics & verniers.
The shift is 6 - 6 working 4 on / 4 off on a fixed night shift; however, you will train on days (6am - 6pm) for approx. 2 months before switching to nights (and you must switch).

To be considered - you NEED to be confident with precision measuring instruments, have some machine operating experience, be fully fluent in written / spoken English, and be fully numerate.
This role offers you:
1. £17.43 p/hour when on night shift (£16.04 when training on days).
2. Average of 42 hours paid per week (weekly average over 12 months).
3. Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment.
