As we enter our next phase of expansion, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to enhance and embed best practice HR processes across the organisation.
SCOPE OF ROLE
As an HR Business Partner, you will support HR leadership in shaping and executing our HR strategy, balancing business needs with expert HR guidance and support. You will work closely with leaders and employees, offering solutions, driving engagement, and ensuring HR processes evolve to meet business objectives. This role requires an adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED
1. Partnering with business leaders and employees, offering HR guidance and support
2. Embedding best practice HR processes to drive organisational success
3. Supporting HR strategy execution, aligning HR objectives with business goals
4. Providing expert employee relations support, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, redundancy, and absence management
5. Leading employee engagement initiatives, working with managers to develop action plans
6. Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team, supporting hiring and onboarding processes
7. Conducting annual legal reviews of HR policies and acting as a key liaison for CIPD, ACAS, and legal advisors
8. Coaching and developing managers to enhance HR capabilities across the business
9. Ensuring compliance with employment laws across different regions where required
WHAT IT TAKES
1. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a fast-growing organisation
2. Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices
3. Ability to work across multiple business functions, managing competing priorities
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
5. Experience supporting international HR processes (preferred)
6. A proactive, problem-solving approach, with a focus on delivering business-aligned solutions
7. CIPD qualification (preferred)
