As a Branch Manager based in Ayr you’ll be responsible for:
1. Leading and developing a team of 7 colleagues within the branch. Focusing on professional growth, enhancing skills and maintaining high levels of team morale.
2. Driving sales initiatives and identifying opportunities for business growth. Developing and implementing strategies to achieve and surpass branch performance targets.
3. Providing excellent customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Management of all day to day aspects of running the branch adhering to company policies and procedures, Health & Safety and leadership of the team.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
5. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively in a similar role.
6. Industry experience – Trade / Plumbing and Heating / Distribution
7. A solid track record in sales, with a focus on driving growth and achieving targets.
8. Experience coaching, training, and developing a team.
