Responsibilities
French Speaking Customer Service Support
Location: Congleton
Salary: £26,000 per annum plus bonus
Ref: 4247AF
Main duties:
1. To be the first point of contact for customers within a designated region providing outstanding customer service.
2. To respond to sales enquiries from customers in a timely manner.
3. Respond to quotes and product information.
4. Raise orders and send invoices.
5. Database maintenance, customer registration and admin support.
6. Attend trade show 2 – 3 times a year.
Candidate's Profile
1. Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
2. Fluent in German a plus but not a requirement.
3. Experience in Customer service or admin support beneficial.
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
5. Sales focused with strong attention to details.
6. Dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive.
7. IT literate.
