What you will be doing: You will work with Manufacturing Service Leaders (MSLs) or equivalent to ensure that organisational objectives and goals are delivered, you will also: Requirements - Identify and develop opportunities for improvements, analysis of machine tool reliability and analysis of OEM and Contractor spend. Coordination – Support with external Service Provider partnerships and in-house service lines to meet business requirements. Health & Safety Standards – Follow and implement national safety standards and company standards, which may include taking the role of Responsible Person (RP) or Deputy RP. Planning Development – Developing and implementing Energy Management plans, strategies and initiatives for Manufacturing Services at cell and plant level. Leadership – Take control for Fixture Care, developing the service to the business and ensuring that the Fixture Care service providers are monitored against agreed performance levels. Able to demonstrate relevant working experience in maintenance engineering. Good understanding of HSE requirements Has a proven track record delivering business results. Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels and Exceptional communication skills. Ability to solve complex problems while maintaining customer focus. Experience of influencing at all levels across an organisation.
