We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to develop and oversee our email and SMS marketing programs, driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Klaviyo and a proven track record of building high-performing automated email flows and CRM programs for ecommerce brands. This position offers the opportunity to work with renowned U.S. and UK brands and put lots of data to work. We are only looking for candidates who are able and willing to work in either our Marlow, UK office, or our Toronto, Canada office. More specifically, you will: Develop and implement comprehensive and localised email marketing strategies for multiple fashion and lifestyle brands in multiple countries Build, optimize, and manage automated email flows in Klaviyo, including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and loyalty programs Optimize email deliverability and maintain high sender reputation across all markets Monitor and improve key email metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates Segment customer lists and personalize messaging to maximize engagement and revenue Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting on email marketing KPIs Collaborate with Trading Managers, Paid Media Managers and Content Coordinators to align email content with overall marketing goals Stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices and Klaviyo platform updates We would love to hear from you if you have: 3 years of experience developing and managing email marketing programs for an ecommerce brand Expert-level knowledge of Klaviyo, including advanced segmentation and automation capabilities Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices Experience running localised email campaigns in multiple countries Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling email copy Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Preferred Qualifications: Experience running campaigns for multiple brands Experience in the fashion/apparel industry Knowledge of additional ESPs beyond Klaviyo Familiarity with loyalty program management Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques What we value: We seek the truth.
