Finance Assistant
Our client is renovating and moving to their Godstone offices in April 2025 and will be recruiting a Finance Assistant to join the team. The company has several offices in the home counties and is keen to hire someone with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail. Experience using Sage 50 would be an advantage.
Your job will be varied and will involve:
1. Fixed asset register maintenance
2. Assist in purchase data entry, resolving invoice queries, reconciling accounts
3. Affiliated company bank entries/reconciliation, double entry, and trial balance
4. Assist with supplier accounts, telephone enquiries, and data runs
5. Nominal Ledger reconciliations
6. Adhoc office duties e.g. ensure stationery and kitchen is well stocked
7. Ability to multi-task
8. General office admin
The successful person will have:
1. Sage 50 experience (an advantage)
2. Good Excel skills
3. Strong interpersonal skills
4. All-rounder
5. Flexible and a can-do attitude
6. Happy to work in a small team of 3
What you can expect:
1. Based in Godstone from April 2025 (currently in Leatherhead)
2. £27,000 - £30,000
3. Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm
4. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
5. Parking - onsite
