Management Accountant, High Wycombe 12 Month Fixed Term Contract £50,000 - £55,000 superb benefits package and bonus Our client, an ever expanding commercial entity bucking the trend in terms of growth and profitability, is looking for a skilled finance professional to play a pivotal role within their talented finance function on a fixed term contract basis. The role requires a strong mix of reporting, analysis and systems capabilities and will add value across numerous entities and disciplines. Key areas of expertise will include: Production of Monthly Management Accounts including the preparation of detailed cost centre information for Head office cost centres. Review of information with cost centre heads. Review of variable costs for inclusion in Management Accounts. Analysis of Monthly management account information for Sales and payroll data including the production of monthly reporting pack and presentation to Operations team. Liaison with Operations team in relation to monthly setting of Sales targets and Payroll cost forecasting and monitoring. Support Planning Manager and Head Office cost centre Managers with preparation of Annual Budget and Forecasts. Management and Development of weekly and monthly KPI reporting. Ad hoc analysis as and when required. Supervision and development of a Part Qualified Accountant. In addition to the above, the primary focus will be to present analytical findings and financial information with credibility and clarity across the business.
