Purchasing Systems Administrator
Our rapidly growing Herefordshire based clients are seeking a Purchasing Systems Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be a key support role responsible for overseeing the ERP ordering systems, CRM administration and supporting the purchasing departments day to day operations.
You can expect:
* Salary - £27’00k - £29’000k
* Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (30minutes for lunch)

What you will be doing:
* Working across the ERP Ordering System Admin and support the wider Internal uses with support
* Creating and amending Product Codes and details, mass edits, adding suppliers, Running Purchasing/Stock/Back-order Reports and reports for the wider operations
* Sales CRM system - admin & internal support
* Purchasing duties including and not limited to, general admin, managing email inbox, costing for customer enquiries and placing daily purchase orders.
* Negotiation across supply prices where relevant & chasing supplier ETA’s and back orders.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in a purchasing, inventory management, or systems support role preferred
* Prior working knowledge across ERP and CRM systems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with data analysis tools is advantageous
