The Role:
The Company is a thriving safety consultancy, providing a friendly and effective health and safety service to their clients across the business.
We are currently looking for an experienced CDM / Construction Safety Consultant to join our team of professionals.
1. Managing and representing a portfolio of clients across the Midlands
2. Producing preconstruction information
3. Producing and reviewing construction phase plans
4. Attending construction project progress and design team meetings
5. Producing and reviewing method statements
6. Carrying out safety audits and site inspections
7. Assisting clients with safety accreditation applications
8. Carrying out accident investigations
Experience:
9. NEBOSH National diploma, or at least National General/Construction Certificate in Health and Safety
10. Demonstrable practical experience providing dedicated construction H&S Advisor/Consultancy services and knowledge of construction design processes
11. A good working knowledge of the 2015 CDM Regulations
12. Good organisational and time management skills
13. The ability to work under pressure and manage your own client portfolio
14. Excellent Microsoft Word skills and good knowledge of Office programmes: Outlook and Excel
15. Confident, passionate and knowledgeable in their subject area
16. Has high levels of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
17. Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
18. Has the gravitas and confidence to influence and advise others internally and externally
19. Is a car driver, willing and able to travel
