This role of the NIQ Client Business Partner needs to motivate and drive a successful account team at one of the UK biggest retailers. This is achieved by being the figure head of our high performing team and ensuring NIQ delivers best in class data, reporting and insights leading to improved client satisfaction and secured ongoing revenue opportunities.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
* Represent NIQ as commercial and analytical lead with this strategic Client, based on a solid knowledge of the different market analytical services (CPS and RMS, CI, analytics).
* Work with senior client stakeholders to build a long-term relationship by delivering critical insight and support within current contract and building a strong network as a trusted advisor within the retailer’s insight team and beyond.
* Drive client satisfaction (NPS) by leading the NIQ Customer Success team including account planning, insight project management, analytical process review and team development.
* Be the voice of the Client to ensure key solutions are pitched appropriately into retailer teams, including supporting Go to Market Strategy and pitch activities.
* Lead a team of 10+ associates with recruitment and performance reviews to ensure engagement and create a strong team environment. Manage workload and priorities to effectively meet client needs and enable a good work/life balance for the team.
* Consult with clients regarding their goals and objectives as well as leading Customer Success through RFP Process and act as an escalation point for issues.
* Be seen as a thought leader by understanding industry trends, retailer news, competition, and opportunities of NIQ.
Qualifications:
* You have a proven track record in building and establishing collaborative and valuable relationships.
* You have a client-driven attitude and strong experience in working as an experienced consultant for senior stakeholders at large clients (ideally Retailers).
* You are a confident team leader who knows how to motivate and organize an analytical team to get the best out of the data and projects.
* You like to work closely with your clients including regular onsite visits.
* You have a strong commercial capability and can create and deliver a successful account plan including creating opportunities to position and sell enhanced capabilities.
