Job Title: Service Scheduler
Location: Plymouth
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday-Friday
Ventro, Firntec and LivGreen are an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services and net zero retrofit. As the Service Scheduler, you will work closely and effectively with the service team, scheduling contractors to complete planned maintenance works. You will be the first point of contact within the service team; answering incoming calls, scheduling contractor diaries, and producing weekly reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for completing maintenance compliance jobs as requested by Ventro clients.
2. Weekly reporting – these are to be sent to the maintenance manager and clients as required.
3. Schedule contractor diaries: these are to be sent on a weekly basis and in 1 week advance of the scheduled works.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and contractors.
5. Raising requests for contractor support with HR Team.
6. Ensure that all contractors have Ventro uniform and materials/tools required to complete works.
7. Tenant Liaison.
8. Answer all telephone calls and answer queries as necessary.
9. Ensure that Salesforce is updated accurately for invoicing.
10. Responsible for updating the database/Salesforce and adding new sites/contracts/jobs.
11. Invoice processing.
12. Request ID badges for contractors.
13. Accommodation and travel bookings as required.
The successful candidate will:
1. Previous administration and/or customer service experience is required.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Confident liaising with clients, contractors, and internal staff.
4. Organised.
