Responsible for processing all quote acceptance, sourcing, requesting material to be ordered, planning and allocation of all planned repairs – approximately 2000 jobs per annum.

Working Hours:
1. Monday – Thursday Office hours 8.00 - 5.00 pm
2. 4.00 pm Friday
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting engineers with technical support.
2. Providing support to office-based staff.
3. Participation Manager on Call.
4. Meeting, exceeding expectations & KPI set by Director of Operations.
5. Daily, weekly quotations - Target to be agreed.
6. Ensure job completion within SLA; exceptions will be jobs that have an extended lead time.
7. Job completions within labour and budget.
8. Management, planning and allocation of ALL planned repairs.
9. Daily task - review all completed job sheets; priority task.
10. Supervision, managing team of dedicated repair engineers & technicians.
11. Ensure GES best practice is implemented, understood & followed.
12. Ensure Health & Safety Policy is always followed.
13. Ensuring all GES policies are understood & followed.
14. Requesting mitigation of SLA if it cannot be met.
15. Engineers have the correct PPE, tools to carry out allocated jobs.
16. Interaction with all departments, specifically Purchasing & Stock Management.
17. Providing clear & concise instructions for ordering parts & Pudo / UPS arrangements.
18. Providing clear & concise instructions to engineers for repairs.
19. Review & monitor engineer company issued equipment.
20. Ensure ALL Labour hours are met Co Op planned repairs.
21. Ensure engineers login / out of all portals.
22. Improve the quality of submitted reports, job sheets.
23. Identify, manage & measure engineers who fail to report items – site / quality further training may be required.
24. Isolated lifts Process & follow up action.
25. Preparing, Compiling Quotations for ALL reported items & job types; priority task.
26. Utilising stock parts before placing orders with suppliers.
27. HSS hire process is rigidly followed on & off hire of all equipment.
28. Booking jobs in with site.
29. Running the weekly repeat call out report – recommend corrective action.
30. Running & exporting Work in Progress Report – Review & progress all jobs through to completion.
31. Follow up all completed jobs – bill or return visit.
32. Hold regular meetings with Service Delivery Manager.
33. Hold regular meetings with Director of Operations.
34. Communicate ALL changes to engineers & technicians.
35. Setting up and holding engineer Toolbox talks.
36. Ensure the correct level of detail is updated on the To do section of job screen.
