The One Group are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a respected business on the outskirts of Wisbech, which has grown healthily over recent years.This opportunity would see you joining the business on a full time, 12 month fixed term contract and would be fully office based and therefore your own transport is essential. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Responsibilities: Raising and sending all customer invoices/credits within customer requirements Ensure all sales ledger remittances are received in accordance to agreed terms Processing bank and cash correctly on a daily basis Managing the HSBC Invoice Financing Facility to include daily processing and reconciliation to sales ledger and submissions Dealing with the collection of old debts, agreeing various courses of action with Finance Manager Maintaining records of all collection activities, e.g. listing all customer contacts, i.e. names, e-mail addresses, tel. nos., logging all calls and contacts Managing process to set up new customers on system, ensuring all details are received and agreeing credit limits & payment terms It is essential that you have prior experience within AR/Credit Control and will be able to hit the ground running within this position. Ideally you would be immediately available, or be available at short notice.
