As a fast-growing and innovative company, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Finance Manager to join their senior management team and drive financial excellence across the organization. Role Overview: This is a pivotal role within the senior management team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, reporting, and planning. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring financial stability, optimising cash flow, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including analysis of financial performance. Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to provide insights for business decision-making. Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Manage invoicing, cash flow forecasting, and reconciliation processes. Prepare year-end financial statements and liaise with auditors. Develop and monitor projected budgets to align with business strategy. Manage payroll, pensions, and related financial obligations. Conduct monthly reconciliations and ensure all financial controls are in place. Prepare statutory accounts and ensure regulatory compliance. Utilise Xero software for financial management and reporting. Support strategic initiatives and contribute to the financial direction of the business. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a fast-growing business. Strong technical accounting skills with experience in management accounts, FP&A, and statutory reporting. Advanced proficiency in Xero accounting software. Strong Excel skills, including financial modelling and data analysis. Experience in cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting. Knowledge of payroll, pensions, and compliance regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid/remote environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to senior stakeholders. What We Offer: Competitive salary between £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
