About the role
This role reports to the Senior online merchandising manager and is responsible for working with team members around the business to deliver outstanding campaigns and content to new and existing customers on O2's digital estate, thus enabling the wider online team and business to meet its goals.
A Merchandising executive ensures that the o2.co.uk shop and related pages are always up-to-date, accurate, relevant, engaging, performing and customer focused.
Merchandising executives build, edit and drive quality of execution through changes to the content found on our digital estate, supporting the delivery of online critical metrics by creating measurable improvements in traffic, engagement and conversion, primarily through our online shop.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
* Proven experience working in an online/digital environment, with responsibility for managing allocated daily/weekly/monthly tasks, consistently delivering work to the highest standards
* Working to challenging timescales and deadlines, being flexible and adaptable, supporting multiple projects concurrently
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex inputs into simple outputs
* Strong relationship-building, collaboration and communication skills (both written and oral), with an ability to work with and influence a range of internal stakeholders
* Innovative thinking - ability to think creatively around an issue and solve problems
The other stuff we are looking for
We'd also love you to bring;
* Experience creating and optimising B2C website content or digital production through a CMS
* Knowledge of web data analytics and reporting tools like Adobe Analytics and Tableau
* Experience working with copywriters, UX and designers to influence the look & feel for the online environment and optimise messaging
* Experience with launching and optimising online products
* Telco experience is a bonus but not essential
