Key Duties: Process and review purchase ledger invoices, PO’s, and employee expense claims in line with company policies. Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring correct coding and reconciliation of key ledger accounts. Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring timely approvals and transactions. Handle supplier queries, resolving issues efficiently to maintain smooth operations. Your Skills and Experience: Experience in finance, accounts payable, or a similar role, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with key stakeholders and challenge processes when necessary. Proficient in Microsoft Office with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative, with strong relationship-building abilities.
