You'll ensure excellent customer service, act with integrity, and comply with all regulations. You will also support key stakeholders internally with various business administration tasks to ensure compliance and efficiency within day to day operations. This role would be ideal for an entry level candidate who is looking to kickstart their career in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service and treat customers fairly. Maintain accurate client and compliance records in line with business standards. Identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities for new and existing customers. Efficiently process and dispatch sales documentation, handle customer instructions, and produce high-quality correspondence. Contribute to the effective and efficient running of the business, managing correspondence, processing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business products and your specific role competencies. Ensure compliant customer money collection procedures. Administer financial processing operations, ensuring efficient and compliant procedures are maintained. Assist the business with administration tasks and cover other roles as needed to ensure smooth operations. Oversee contract renewals in line with all current processes and requirements. Booking and coordinating appointments. Where required, support senior stakeholders when conducting customer visits and entering customer information into the system following reviews. Your Skills and Attributes: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to solve problems, use initiative, and exercise judgement.
