We are recruiting for a part time individual to join our client within their customer support team where you will answer customer queries via telephone, email, and live chat. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service!
Key Responsibilities
* Answering all inbound telephone and email enquiries
* Onboarding of new customers to ensure understanding of processes
* Accurately recording the detail of each inbound and outbound call on the company database.
* Using this information to continually improve your own and the team’s performance.
* Proactively highlight areas where additional training may be required.
* Surveying existing customers on their experience
