Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator - Facilities Company - Glasgow - £26,000 - £27,000 DOE
CBW is currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator looking to take on the next challenge in Facilities Management. One of our key clients is looking for a hardworking, ambitious individual to work in a team.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
08:00 am to 05:00 pm
Office based
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and return phone calls in support of facilities function to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner.
2. Check and maintain FM Helpdesk Inbox.
3. Schedule reactive and help desk call outs.
4. Open and close jobs.
5. Review jobs received during the working day and allocate accordingly to Engineers.
6. Support the Office & Contract Managers in the administration & delivery of departmental objectives.
7. Attend to queries as they arise.
8. Provide general administration support.
9. Chase and liaise daily.
10. Raise Corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasks.
11. Organise day-to-day work to ensure that all key tasks are fulfilled.
Requirements:
* Help Desk Experience.
* Experience in FM.
* General Administration.
* CAFM knowledge.
Salary & Benefits:
£26,000 - £27,000 DOE
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
